Cooling maintenance
  • Inspect & test condenser fan motor, compressor, capacitor, contactor, evaporator coil, thermostat & refrigerant level
  • Clean condenser coil, flush condensate line & exterior of condenser
  • Replace 1" pleated filter
Heating maintenance
  • Inspect & test blower motor, ignition system, heat exchanger, thermostat & safety controls
  • Clean burners and ignition assembly
  • Replace 1" pleated filter
